Programmes can be undertaken in a modular form and each module is bookended by questions to ask your manager ensuring that the process is seamless and build up incrementally towards effective assimilation into the role.

Our elearning induction enables new starters to begin their induction before they start at work enabling them to orientate themselves fast.
