Financial Services
Echelon has a long history in working in the financial services sector. Initially with retail banks developing risk management and customer service programmes which focused on advanced interpersonal and telephone skills. Then and thereafter with financial services companies in developing blended on line programmes for the development of leadership capabilities.
At the turn of the century our connections were deepened as we started working in the investment banking and trust banking sectors. These initiatives focused on developing technical and business awareness skills, helping organisations who had merged understand the complex range of products and services the newly-formed business was offering. Programme design involved the use of on-line technologies, video and computer graphics in the creation of interactive self-development materials for induction through to a suite of personal development tools. This became a cradle to grave intranet resource for anyone working in or across the organisation.
