Echelon launches free electronic PDP
An electronic learning log for recording and storing personal development plans (PDP) is now accessible free of charge.
The system, designed by Echelon Learning, allows individuals to set up their PDP on-line via learningmatters.com/.
The system automatically records learning down-loaded from learningmatters.com/, an online resource of 2,000 bite-size business and soft skill solutions, and enables the user to record it under the appropriate PDP heading.
With the benefit of being all embracing, it also enables users to import other learning they have experienced and file and date it appropriately.
Says Echelon director David Hill:
"Our electronic PDP offers users an up to date summary of their development immediately to hand for showing to current or future employers, academic institutions - or just someone they want to impress.
"And if anyone needs support getting started, there is a free learning module on how to create your PDP," he adds.
